Privacy & Accessibility

OVERLOAD is a strength tracker that writes your next workout for you. It is free, carries no ads, and is made by Sky Wolf Studio.

Where your training data goes

Nowhere. Your lifts, every session, and your weigh-ins are kept in this browser's localStorage under the key `overload.v2`. There is no upload, no server-side processing, no account, and no copy held anywhere we can reach. Bodyweight and body fat numbers are health-adjacent data, which is exactly why the app is built so that we never see them: we could not hand your data to anyone if we were asked for it, because we do not have it.

The backup button writes a plain JSON file to your own device, and the restore button reads one back. That file is yours; nothing about it touches a server.

How to check that for yourself

Turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data, reload, and run a whole session. It works, because everything is cached on your device and the app has nothing to call. Open DevTools → Network while you log sets and you will see no requests at all.

What we do not do

Permissions

None. The app asks for no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts and no notifications. The buzz when rest ends uses your phone's standard vibration and sends nothing anywhere.

Who else is involved

Not medical advice

The prescriptions are arithmetic over your own logged reps, and the cut guidance is general. It is not medical advice. Train within your limits and talk to a professional about injuries, diet, and anything health-related.

Children

This app is made for adults. It is not directed at children, and it collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.

Accessibility

Every control is a labelled button reachable by keyboard, focus is visible, verdicts and saves are announced to screen readers, the rest beep has a mute that also quiets the vibration, and animation rests when your system asks for reduced motion. The one thing you ever type is a starting weight.

If anything gets in your way, email us and we will fix it: stephenfurpahs@gmail.com.

If this policy ever changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, the change will appear here and the date below will move.
